Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new potential borrowers in the Blora region, presenting Amartha’s credit programs and encouraging participation.
  • Provide hands‑on economic guidance to household members, helping them understand budgeting, cash‑flow management, and the benefits of formal financing.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s credit policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for the credit committee, highlighting borrower strengths, repayment capacity, and any mitigating factors.
  • Facilitate weekly member meetings, track service transactions, and serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Monitor repayment schedules, proactively address delinquency issues, and work with borrowers to devise realistic repayment plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—operations, risk, and product development—to continuously improve the sales‑to‑service pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records in Amartha’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, agricultural cycles, and seasonal factors that may affect borrower repayment behavior.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in field sales, credit collection, or micro‑finance services.
  • Strong understanding of financial applications, data analytics, and big‑data concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with rural entrepreneurs.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to assess creditworthiness and present clear recommendations.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in remote locations.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Gender: open to all candidates.
