Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail art services, including manicure, pedicure, and customized designs tailored to client preferences.
- Perform eyelash extension applications and maintenance for clients seeking a complete beauty experience.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Assist senior artists during peak hours, learning advanced techniques such as 3D nail sculpting, gel overlays, and French variations.
- Engage with clients to understand their style goals, offering recommendations on trends, color palettes, and after‑care routines.
- Document each service in the booking system, ensuring accurate records for follow‑up appointments and inventory tracking.
- Participate actively in weekly training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry innovations.
- Contribute to a positive salon atmosphere by collaborating with team members and supporting a customer‑first mindset.
- Handle product inventory, restocking supplies, and notifying management of low‑stock items.
- Promote salon services and special promotions through social media platforms and in‑store marketing materials.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Residency: Must reside in Bandung, Buahbatu, or Bojongsoang area.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry, especially nail art and eyelash extensions.
- No prior experience required; however, candidates with existing nail art or eyelash extension experience are preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive 6‑month training program with a salary adjustment during the training period.
- Commitment to a minimum two‑year contract upon successful completion of training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Basic artistic skills, steady hand, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of nail care products (e.g., cat kuku) is a plus.
