Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial Parenggean for its Kalimantan operations. This position plays a critical role in managing the overdue accounts receivable (A/R) portfolio, ensuring timely collection, and supporting the company’s overall credit risk mitigation strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, legal, and sales teams to maintain healthy cash flow and uphold the high standards of service that Adira Finance is known for across Indonesia’s multifinance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the full cycle of overdue receivable collection, ensuring all actions are completed within stipulated timelines.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R aging reports to identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send reminders, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
  • Prepare and submit detailed collection status reports to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s credit management system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist legal counsel in preparing documentation for legal action when necessary, while striving to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with evolving multifinance regulations, collection best practices, and negotiation techniques.
  • Promote a customer‑centric approach, balancing firm collection objectives with respectful, empathetic communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit, loan processing, or debt collection – experience in the multifinance industry is a strong plus.
  • Age: No strict upper limit, though candidates up to 30 years old are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving collection targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
  • Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt recovery techniques.
  • Willingness to be placed at Adira Finance’s office in Kalimantan, aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
