Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate a wide variety of dishes according to our standardized recipes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet brand standards.
- Assist in menu development by offering creative input, testing new recipes, and adapting dishes to seasonal ingredient availability.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices, including proper storage, temperature control, and regular sanitation of workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen manager to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate closely with fellow cooks, sous‑chefs, and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to shift schedules, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and be flexible to cover additional shifts or special events as required.
- Assist in training new kitchen personnel, sharing best practices, and fostering a supportive team environment.
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss operational improvements, guest feedback, and upcoming promotional events.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate effectively with team members.
