Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign budgets, forecast sales revenue, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, cost control, and profitability.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer accounts, credit limits, and outstanding balances.
- Participate in the development of budgeting and forecasting models that align financial resources with marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents, ensuring timely filing and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support for audit activities, supplying required documentation and explanations as needed.
- Communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 (any major), with a strong interest in finance and marketing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and understand basic sales and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Self‑motivated, capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.
