We are a fast‑growing logistics and e‑commerce fulfillment partner based in Cileungsi, Bogor, looking for diligent and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as a Sorter Gudang Ekspedisi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that every parcel that passes through our facility is accurately sorted, scanned, and prepared for timely delivery to the end‑customer. This full‑time position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, providing a stable work environment for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, high‑volume warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming packages according to their final destination zones, ensuring that each parcel follows the correct routing plan.
- Scan the barcode of every package using handheld devices to update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real time.
- Transport sorted packages to the designated pick‑up or dispatch area, maintaining a smooth flow of goods throughout the shift.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, document any discrepancies, and report findings to the supervisor for further action.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards to prevent accidents and product contamination.
- Assist teammates during peak periods by providing additional support in loading, unloading, and inventory verification.
- Participate in daily briefings to stay updated on operational targets, new procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or an equivalent level.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational guidelines).
- Age: No maximum age limit; applicants of all ages who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Skills: Quick adaptation to new processes, basic computer literacy for barcode scanning, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift packages up to 20 kg, and move briskly within the warehouse.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential for meeting daily dispatch targets.
