Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of service quality by conducting regular audits of order logs, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve operational challenges with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Support shift handovers by providing clear, concise reports on pending orders, special guest preferences, and any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Assist in training new team members on order processing software, guest service protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and liaise with procurement to prevent stockouts that could affect order fulfillment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements that increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring all processes comply with local and corporate standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector; experience in a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests, colleagues, and external vendors.
  • Well‑groomed, professional appearance, and a guest‑oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional night rotations.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of taking initiative without constant supervision.
  • Leadership potential for those aspiring to supervisory or managerial positions, demonstrated through past experiences or training.
  • Familiarity with order‑processing software, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits

  • Employee benefit card granting discounted rates at all Accor hotels worldwide, enabling staff to experience our brand firsthand.
  • Comprehensive learning and development programs, including Accor Academy courses, mentorship, and certifications.
  • Clear career progression pathways—opportunities to move laterally across departments or advance to supervisory and managerial roles.
  • Competitive salary package with performance‑based incentives and overtime pay.
  • Health insurance, paid leave, and contributions to retirement savings.
  • Participation in Accor’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG initiatives, allowing you to give back to the community and support sustainable tourism.
  • Dynamic, multicultural work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and a work‑life balance.
