Responsibilities

- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and staff training sessions to maintain a proactive security posture.
- Collaborate with IT, facilities, and operations teams to integrate physical and cyber security measures across all locations.
- Identify new market opportunities, evaluate potential partnerships, and lead the execution of growth strategies that increase revenue and brand visibility.
- Lead market research initiatives, analyze consumer trends in the spa and entertainment sectors, and translate insights into actionable business plans.
- Manage a cross‑functional growth team, setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of clients, vendors, and prospects within the Bandung region, leveraging this network to drive sales pipelines.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards related to both security and hospitality operations.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, outlining security status, growth metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the spa, wellness, or entertainment industry, preferably with exposure to security or risk management functions.
- Strong communication skills; the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with clients, partners, and team members.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and a friendly demeanor that reflects the company’s brand values.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Residency or domicile in Bandung, with an existing local network and database of contacts.
