To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated Cashier – Penjualan Ritel dan Pelayanan Pelanggan who can combine accuracy at the point of sale with friendly, professional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register and POS system efficiently, accurately processing sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while adhering to company policies for cash handling and fraud prevention.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that merchandise displays, promotional signage, and impulse‑buy items are well stocked.
  • Collaborate with floor staff to manage inventory levels, conduct price checks, and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation, end‑of‑day reporting, and securing the store.
  • Support shift handovers by communicating any issues, customer feedback, or operational concerns to the next team.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, new promotions, and retail best practices.
  • Uphold company standards for health, safety, and security, reporting any incidents or suspicious activity promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail cashier or customer‑service role.
  • Age not exceeding 27 years; all genders are welcome.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules, including early‑morning and weekend shifts.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and integrity in handling cash.
  • Not currently enrolled in a university program (full‑time availability required).
  • Must submit a formal job application letter together with the resume.
  • Proficiency with standard cashier systems and basic computer literacy.
