Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile, assist them in locating products, and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through regular shelf stocking, merchandising, and price labeling.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Support nighttime shifts by ensuring the store is clean, secure, and ready for the next day’s operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and participate in promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, sales techniques, and safety procedures.
- Utilize basic cooking skills when required, such as preparing in‑store samples or supporting promotional food displays.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates aged 17 years or older.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers in a courteous, smile‑filled manner.
- Demonstrated creativity and a high level of initiative in problem‑solving and task execution.
- Team‑oriented attitude with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse work groups.
- Disciplined, honest, and ready to work hard to meet store standards and sales goals.
- Basic cooking ability is a plus, especially for stores that offer ready‑to‑eat samples or in‑store food stations.
- Familiarity with a store management system or willingness to learn quickly.
