Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Ciledug, serving the broader Jabodetabek Selatan region. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring that every customer’s financing request is accurately captured, processed, and communicated. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound orders received through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment.
  • Collect, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data before entry into the company’s ACCTION system.
  • Accurately input order information received via the dicicilaja platform, maintaining data integrity.
  • Review and process credit applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading criteria.
  • Communicate credit approval decisions to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and track their progress.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales & Home Credit (SHC) team to resolve any pending issues related to ongoing consumer orders.
  • Maintain a meticulous record of all customer data entries, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
  • Support the continuous improvement of workflow by suggesting system enhancements and identifying bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or data‑entry experience, preferably within the financial or credit sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer operations, familiar with MS Office suite, and able to quickly learn proprietary systems such as ACCTION.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, integrity, and the capacity to communicate professionally with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
