Introduction
SPX Express, a leading last‑mile logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub to lead its operations in Kota Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. The Hub Leader will be the pivotal point of contact ensuring that parcels move seamlessly from pickup to delivery, while coordinating closely with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (09:30 – 18:30) and offers a challenging yet rewarding environment for individuals passionate about supply‑chain excellence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow to guarantee on‑time deliveries, from initial pickup through final customer hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily with Warehouse teams, Line Haul operators, and 3PL providers to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize routing.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to reduce incidents of lost or damaged shipments, including regular audits and real‑time issue escalation.
- Oversee all transactional activities within the Hub, ensuring accurate data capture and timely reporting.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, confirming that loading, unloading, and sorting processes adhere to SOPs and safety standards.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate Hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate performance dashboards, track key metrics such as on‑time delivery rate, transit time variance, and cost per parcel.
- Lead process‑improvement projects, applying FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) methodology and cost‑analysis techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven background in both Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team‑development skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform cost analysis, performance tracking, and KPI reporting.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Lembursitu, Kota Sukabumi, Jawa Barat.
