Introduction

This role is essential for driving revenue growth by promoting our diverse portfolio of financial products to both existing and new customers. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for dealers, distribution channels, and end‑consumers, ensuring a seamless loan application experience from initial inquiry through to final disbursement.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage both existing and potential customers to present Adira Finance’s product suite, including auto loans, personal loans, and credit lines.
- Generate and capture orders from channel distributors, ensuring accurate data entry, thorough verification, and completion of all required customer documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, coordinate with underwriting teams, and monitor the status of each application throughout the approval process.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations of approval outcomes, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations, fostering transparency and trust.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, track key performance indicators, and generate regular sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to deliver feedback from the field and suggest enhancements to product offerings.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and regional roadshows to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including proper handling of customer data and adherence to anti‑money‑laundering standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all study fields are welcome.
- Age: up to 30 years old; no upper age limit for experienced candidates.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s current operational needs).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
