Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean dining area.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts with precision.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests.
- Prepare, season, and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in receiving deliveries.
- Respond to customer feedback, resolve minor complaints, and escalate serious issues to management.
- Adhere to shift schedules, work efficiently during peak hours, and support team members under pressure.
- Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and safety drills.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 26 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome; however, the waitress role is targeted toward women and kitchen staff toward men.
- Physical & mental health: Must be fit and able to handle the demands of a busy restaurant environment.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
