Introduction
PT. AEON Credit Service Indonesia is seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as AEON Fast Agent – Sales Promotor in the vibrant Tangerang market. As a frontline ambassador of the AEON brand, you will introduce consumers to our flexible installment products, help them navigate the application process, and drive sales growth across partner malls and retail locations. This full‑time, shift‑based role offers a dynamic work environment where you can develop professional sales expertise while contributing to the financial empowerment of millions of Indonesian shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Approach shoppers in malls and partner stores, initiating friendly conversations to gauge interest in AEON installment solutions.
- Present the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of AEON credit products with clear, persuasive messaging.
- Assist customers in completing application forms, verifying documentation, and answering queries about repayment terms and interest rates.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring each interaction reflects AEON’s commitment to transparency and convenience.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the Area Leader, tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Submit accurate sales reports and activity logs to the PIC (Area Leader) at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with store staff and other AEON agents to coordinate promotional events, product displays, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay updated on product updates, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes affecting consumer credit.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone to access the AEON sales app, capture leads, and update real‑time data.
- Provide feedback to management on consumer trends, common objections, and suggestions for improving the sales process.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 40 years, possessing a valid KTP and educational certificate.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or consumer finance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex financial terms in simple language.
- Strong customer‑orientation with a proactive, target‑driven mindset.
- Willingness to work full‑time on a shift schedule (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–17:00).
- Own an Android smartphone for daily reporting and lead management.
- Flexibility to be stationed at malls or partner stores throughout Tangerang and surrounding areas.
- Own transportation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Readiness to join the team immediately after selection.
