Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports in the school’s management system.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate physics with mathematics, engineering, and technology.
- Organize and coach extracurricular activities such as science fairs, robotics clubs, and physics Olympiad preparation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events to continuously improve instructional strategies.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct, promoting honesty, discipline, and a respectful learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics, Education, or a related scientific field.
- Open to current university students, fresh graduates, or certified teachers eager to start their teaching career.
- Strong mastery of high‑school physics content, including mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and modern physics.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and the ability to work both intelligently and diligently.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to school and occasional field trips.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
