Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Pengumpul Data Lapangan (Field Data Collector) to join our growing team in Manokwari. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our organization, conducting on‑site billing and collection activities for residential and commercial customers. Your efforts will directly support the company’s cash‑flow stability while fostering positive relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to assigned customer locations to request and receive outstanding payments.
- Accurately record payment receipts, update account status in the company’s CRM system, and ensure all documentation complies with internal controls.
- Prepare and submit detailed visit reports, including photographic evidence, route logs, and any customer feedback.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlement amounts with customers, demonstrating empathy and strong communication skills.
- Identify and flag high‑risk accounts for further review by the collections manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized schedule, adhering to the Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00 work‑day structure.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of invoices and collection of cash or electronic transfers.
- Continuously update knowledge of local market conditions, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to improve collection strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
- At least 1‑2 years of proven experience as a collector or field agent.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Thorough knowledge of the Manokwari area, including major streets, neighborhoods, and commercial zones.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce accurate, timely reports.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and familiarity with standard office software.
