Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post‑operative conditions, documenting findings accurately.
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and the use of advanced physiotherapy equipment.
- Operate and maintain a variety of physiotherapy devices such as electro‑therapy units, ultrasound machines, and traction tables, ensuring safety and efficacy.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide clear education on home exercise programs.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care pathways.
- Maintain up‑to‑date patient records in the clinic’s electronic health system, complying with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
- Participate in weekly case‑review meetings, sharing insights and learning opportunities with the team.
- Mentor junior staff and interns, demonstrating best practices in clinical reasoning, patient communication, and ethical conduct.
- Promote health‑promotion initiatives and community outreach programs to raise awareness of preventive physiotherapy.
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming, reflecting a professional and respectful image.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Physiotherapy (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Active Indonesian Physiotherapy Registration (STR) with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
- Strong ability to operate standard physiotherapy equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated loyalty, high motivation, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Own reliable transportation for commuting between assigned locations.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend clinics.
- Proficiency in Indonesian language; additional language skills are a plus.
