Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and replenish a variety of cold and hot beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive stand, including regular sanitation of equipment and surfaces.
- Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and perform daily stock checks to prevent shortages.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and ensure accurate cash‑out procedures at the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to set up promotional displays, execute marketing activities, and support special events.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and waste management.
- Maintain personal appearance in accordance with the company dress code, including wearing the provided uniform and hijab for female staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, service techniques, and company policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to work at any stand location as required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years.
- Gender: All genders are welcome, though the position specifically seeks women who observe hijab and are unmarried.
- No current commitments to school or other employment that would interfere with the work schedule.
- Strong personal qualities: honesty, friendliness, agility, hard‑working attitude, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to be assigned to any stand location.
- Commitment to performing daily prayers without neglect.
- Good physical and mental health, capable of standing for long periods and handling occasional heavy lifting.
- Preferably mobile, with reliable transportation to reach various stand sites.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
