Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Produksi dan Pengendalian Kualitas to lead one of our flagship outlets under the Muphus brand. This pivotal role serves as the operational heartbeat of the store, ensuring seamless daily performance, achieving sales targets, and upholding the high standards of product quality and customer service that define our brand. The ideal candidate will act as the primary conduit between corporate management and the outlet crew, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Outlet Operations Management: Oversee opening and closing procedures, enforce cleanliness protocols, and ensure strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of all outlet staff, providing coaching and conflict‑resolution when necessary.
  • Sales & Financial Control: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, monitor revenue streams, control costs, and implement efficiency‑boosting measures.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage attendance records, generate sales reports, maintain accurate inventory counts, and safeguard financial savings for the outlet.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular product and service quality checks, address customer feedback promptly, and protect the integrity of the Muphus brand reputation.
  • Problem Solving: Serve as the first point of contact for operational challenges, devise corrective actions, and ensure minimal disruption to service.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and regulatory standards, and ensure all staff comply with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, Head of Outlet, or Team Leader in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with a firm yet fair management style.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, customer service principles, and staff scheduling.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing cost controls under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, honesty, and disciplined work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings (11:00 – 23:00) and weekends (Monday‑Sunday).

  • Willingness to comply with all corporate policies and procedural guidelines.
  • Key skills: regulatory compliance, conflict management, presentation abilities, restaurant service expertise, and team communication.
