Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and properly store ingredients to minimize waste and control costs.
- Support menu development by testing new recipes, suggesting ingredient alternatives, and providing feedback on taste and presentation.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours and smooth operation of shift changes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and safety‑focused work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of special event menus, banquet services, and catering orders as required.
- Document daily production reports, record any equipment issues, and communicate needs to management promptly.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree or certification in Culinary Arts (Tata Boga) is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating standard kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers.
- Personal Traits: Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, honest, and professional in all interactions.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork orientation, effective communication, ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, with a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
