Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Koordinator Operasional Laundry dan Kebersihan to lead our laundry and cleanliness operations. This pivotal role ensures that all linen, uniform, and facility cleaning processes run smoothly, meet the highest quality standards, and support the overall guest experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the facilities management team, supervise a diverse crew, and continuously improve operational efficiency within a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily laundry cycles, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of all hotel and staff linens.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate shift schedules for laundry staff, ensuring adequate coverage from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
  • Monitor inventory levels of detergents, cleaning agents, and spare parts; place orders and manage supplier relationships to avoid stockouts.
  • Conduct regular performance audits, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, defect rate, and resource utilization.
  • Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and mentorship to promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Handle customer complaints or special requests promptly, ensuring that service recovery meets brand standards.
  • Maintain equipment logs, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Promote eco‑friendly practices, such as water‑saving techniques and the proper disposal of hazardous waste.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 25–35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Marital status: Preferably single, to accommodate flexible shift patterns.
  • Experience: Prior experience in laundry operations is highly preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong motivation are also considered.
  • Personal attributes: Hard‑working, community‑oriented, creative, and up‑to‑date with modern cleaning trends.
  • Transportation: Must own a personal vehicle for commuting and occasional off‑site tasks.
  • Key skills: Ability to maintain cleanliness standards, strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and basic problem‑solving skills.
  • Physical fitness: Capable of lifting moderate loads and standing for extended periods.
