Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency, safety, and quality of all kitchen activities. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
  • Manage inventory control by receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies, and conducting regular stock audits to minimize waste.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper cleaning of all kitchen equipment and workstations.
  • Coordinate with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation of menu items.
  • Operate and troubleshoot kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, fryers, and industrial mixers, ensuring they are functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, portion control, and waste management.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff on equipment use, hygiene protocols, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the facility manager for prompt resolution.
  • Support scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak service periods.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate the overall dining experience.

Requirements

  • Gender: Male (Laki‑laki) – as specified by the client’s operational policies.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be within the legal working age limits; no upper age restriction.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen environment is highly valued; candidates with a proven track record (referred to as “NILAI+”) are preferred.
  • Residence: Preference will be given to applicants residing in East Jakarta (Jakarta Timur) to ensure reliable punctuality.
  • Core Attributes: Honesty, discipline, strong work ethic, and professional behavior.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, problem‑solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.
