Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of offices, commercial spaces, and common areas according to company checklists.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and steam cleaners safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste, recycling materials, and hazardous substances in compliance with local regulations.
- Inspect completed work to guarantee that all tasks meet the company’s quality standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety hazards to the site supervisor on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with other team members to manage workload during peak periods, including weekend or special event cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each task and any client feedback received.
- Adapt quickly to changing client requirements, such as emergency clean‑ups or last‑minute schedule adjustments.
- Uphold professional conduct at all times, representing the company’s brand positively to clients and visitors.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a cleaning service professional.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM C) and own motor vehicle for transportation to work sites in Batam.
