The Administrator Administrasi Perusahaan role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company documents, including contracts, invoices, and personnel records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Prepare and distribute routine reports, memos, and correspondence to internal departments and external partners.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and oversee vendor relationships to guarantee timely delivery of essential items.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Support the finance team by processing expense claims, reconciling petty cash, and filing financial documents.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone inquiries, providing courteous and professional assistance.
  • Implement and improve administrative procedures to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold the company’s data protection policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a high level of integrity.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently.
  • Capability to perform under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with office management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
