Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations, assessing client needs for hair styling, coloring, smoothing, nail art, and eyelash extensions.
- Execute a full range of salon services including precision hair cuts, balayage, highlights, keratin smoothing, and advanced coloring techniques.
- Create and maintain intricate nail designs and perform professional eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with our café standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations for both salon and café areas.
- Manage product inventory, place orders for hair, nail, and coffee supplies, and track usage to minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and accurately record sales in the point‑of‑sale system.
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists, baristas, and front‑desk staff to ensure seamless service flow and exceptional client experiences.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, attend regular training sessions, and contribute ideas for new services or menu items.
- Uphold the brand’s image by presenting a polished appearance and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per client demographic focus).
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a salon setting, with demonstrated skills in cutting, smoothing, coloring, nail art, and eyelash extensions.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional beauty certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and consultation abilities to understand and fulfill client expectations.
- Excellent personal grooming and a presentable, friendly demeanor.
- Highly reliable, disciplined, and honest with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional events.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café service is advantageous but not mandatory.
