Responsibilities
- Ensure every photograph complies with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for color accuracy, composition, and client specifications.
- Set up, test, and maintain studio lighting, backdrops, props, and camera equipment before each shoot.
- Direct clients during sessions, offering pose guidance, lighting cues, and creative suggestions to capture the desired look.
- Perform a thorough review of all images, performing minor retouches and confirming file integrity before printing or digital delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment, including regular equipment checks and routine cleaning of lenses, sensors, and lighting gear.
- Collaborate with the post‑production team to ensure seamless hand‑off of files for advanced editing, color grading, and final output.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in studio photography, lighting techniques, and editing software to continuously improve the studio’s service offering.
- Assist in occasional client consultations, offering expertise on photo concepts, wardrobe choices, and background selections.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 0‑2 years of professional studio photography experience; prior work in a photo studio is highly preferred.
- Proficient with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, or equivalent) and studio lighting equipment.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image editing, retouching, and color correction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to manage multiple shoots in a single day.
- Flexible to work a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
