Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a clear explanation of daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredient lists, preparation methods, and recommended wine or cocktail pairings to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, cocktails, and mocktails, following the establishment’s standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor table status, clear used dishes, refill glasses, and anticipate additional guest needs to provide seamless service throughout the dining experience.
- Handle payment transactions using POS systems, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and provide accurate receipts and change.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure order accuracy and efficient workflow, especially during peak hours.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, including proper handling of food, regular sanitizing of work areas, and adherence to local health regulations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service skills and stay updated on menu changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training for the right attitude.
- Must be a resident of Bali or able to commute comfortably to the restaurant location.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, detail‑oriented approach to guest service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg when necessary.
