To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Manajer Akuisisi Penjualan who can blend field sales expertise with a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to existing and potential customers to introduce our suite of financial applications.
  • Perform on‑site installation, configuration, and activation of the mobile app, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Present and distribute product sample kits, demonstrating key features and benefits to drive interest and adoption.
  • Manage the stock of promotional materials and device accessories (stockist responsibilities), including receipt, secure storage, accurate logging, and periodic reporting.
  • Submit detailed activation reports via the company’s web portal or mobile application at the end of each workday.
  • Process customer orders through the internal order‑management system and coordinate timely delivery of products and accessories.
  • Collect daily cash sales and deposit them into the designated bank account, maintaining strict compliance with financial procedures.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, gather market feedback, and relay insights to the product development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute local promotional events and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand standards during all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Age: 18‑30 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; however, candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience, especially in technology or consumer electronics, will be preferred.
  • Ownership of a smartphone running Android 7.0 or higher; ability to navigate mobile applications confidently.
  • Active SIM C driver’s license and a personal motorcycle for field visits.
  • Proven ability to operate gadgets and handheld devices for order processing and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory and financial handling.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during promotional campaigns.
