Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, manage check‑in/check‑out processes, and address inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments using our booking software, coordinate stylist availability, and confirm reservations via phone or messaging platforms.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including tidying magazines, arranging product displays, and ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Assist stylists with preparation of workstations, including setting up tools, preparing towels, and restocking consumables.
- Provide product knowledge to clients, recommend appropriate hair and skin care items, and process retail sales.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with salon services, hygiene protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, offering support during peak hours and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Respond promptly to client feedback, resolve minor issues, and escalate more complex concerns to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitization of surfaces and equipment.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 28 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn and a “NIAT BEKERJA” (determined work ethic) is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – friendly, communicative, and able to build rapport with clients.
- Honesty, diligence, and discipline are non‑negotiable traits.
- Professional appearance: clean, neat, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling pressure with composure.
- Basic administrative abilities, including handling phone calls, data entry, and simple bookkeeping.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
