Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Gudang – Pengelolaan Persediaan dan Logistik to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly, inventory is accurately tracked, and shipments are dispatched on time. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, comfortable working with technology, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods using our warehouse management system.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Organize storage locations to maximize space utilization and ensure easy retrieval.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Update inventory data and generate reports for management review.
- Monitor and enforce safety and sanitation standards within the warehouse.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement, sales, and customer service teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Utilize computer applications and social media platforms for internal communication, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with social media tools for internal communication is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse functions.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn new processes, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift moderate loads (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
