Responsibilities
- Order Monitoring (Picker): Continuously monitor the system for new orders, ensuring timely identification of picking tasks.
- Print Inventory Orders: Generate and print inventory pick sheets accurately, verifying that each document matches the system data.
- Item Retrieval: Locate and retrieve items from designated storage locations in strict accordance with the printed inventory order, maintaining accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Barcode Scanning (Packer): Scan each product’s barcode against the order sheet to confirm the correct SKU before packing.
- Packaging: Assemble and package items following company‑specified standards (e.g., protective materials, labeling, and weight limits) to ensure safe transit.
- Driver Coordination: Use the warehouse management system to dispatch orders to drivers, including sending notifications (“tembak order”) and confirming pickup readiness.
- Load Preparation: Place packed orders into drivers’ bags or containers, verify completeness, and hand over the parcels to the assigned driver.
- Quality Assurance: Perform spot checks to guarantee that each order is correctly packed, labeled, and ready for shipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process enhancements, report recurring issues, and collaborate with supervisors to streamline workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy to operate order‑monitoring and barcode‑scanning systems.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
