Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
  • Age: 30 years or younger, with a strong desire to grow professionally.
  • Residency: Must be domiciled in or willing to relocate to the Aceh Selatan placement area.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
  • Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Active presence on social media platforms, comfortable using them for business outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
