Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and issue professional invoices for all sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company pricing policies and tax regulations.
- Manage the input and output of goods by maintaining up‑to‑date inventory records, performing regular stock reconciliations, and coordinating with the logistics team for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Provide front‑line customer service to walk‑in clients, addressing inquiries, processing purchases, and resolving any issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including daily sales logs, cash receipts, and expense reports, and assist the finance department during month‑end closing.
- Support fellow team members by sharing best practices, creating standard operating procedures, and offering assistance during peak sales periods.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports using Excel, highlighting trends, forecasting demand, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure promotional pricing and discount codes are correctly applied in the sales system.
- Handle returns and exchanges, updating inventory status and processing refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in the training of new staff on sales administration tools, customer service protocols, and inventory management software.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and Microsoft Word.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate invoicing and bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact professionally with customers of all backgrounds.
