Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Staff Gudang Frozen for our Pegangsaan warehouse in North Jakarta. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, safety, and efficiency of our fresh and frozen product supply chain. As a key member of the logistics team, you will work closely with hub staff, inventory managers, and quality control personnel to ensure that all perishable goods are stored, handled, and moved according to industry standards and company policies.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of fresh, frozen, and related products during inbound receipt and while they are stored in the hub.
- Coordinate with hub staff to update stock status, flagging any “bad stock” that does not meet safety or quality criteria.
- Monitor and record temperature levels in chillers, freezers, and ambient storage areas using calibrated thermometers and follow prescribed measurement methods.
- Verify that products are stored in the correct locations and conditions; initiate corrective actions or relocations when storage practices are sub‑optimal.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, temperature logs, and stock adjustments.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports summarizing activities, issues, and corrective measures.
- Execute inbound and outbound processes for fresh and frozen items, ensuring proper handling and traceability.
- Assist with periodic stock opname (physical inventory) to reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Validate that inventory system quantities match the actual stock on hand, investigating any discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize basic computer skills and warehouse management software to update records, generate reports, and communicate with the broader logistics team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or warehousing of fresh produce, dairy, meat, or frozen goods.
- Demonstrated knowledge of temperature‑controlled product handling and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail, agility, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective teamwork.
- Basic computer literacy; proficiency with Excel or similar tools is a plus.
- Active police clearance (SKCK) and proof of at least one dose of COVID‑19 vaccination.
- Willingness to work six days a week, including public holidays, with one designated rest day.
- Flexibility to be assigned to any shift – morning (08:00‑17:00), afternoon (11:00‑20:00), or night (17:00‑02:00).
