Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all clients at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the full range of beauty products, treatments, and services available.
- Register new and returning clients into the system, ensuring all personal and treatment data are captured correctly.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communications, handling inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow‑up calls efficiently.
- Assist walk‑in customers by assessing their needs, recommending suitable services, and guiding them through the booking process.
- Prepare and maintain daily treatment schedules, coordinating with therapists and ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Maintain the front‑desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with promotional materials and product samples.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions with accuracy.
- Collect client feedback, document any concerns, and liaise with the management team to resolve issues promptly.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 in any field is highly regarded.
- Age: Up to 27 years old, with a polished and professional appearance.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a frontliner in hospitality, beauty clinics, gyms, or related customer‑service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for scheduling and reporting purposes.
- Strong service orientation, disciplined work ethic, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, honest, and highly responsible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
