Responsibilities
- Monitor live‑stream performance metrics such as airtime, audience interaction, viewer count, and gift/revenue generation, providing real‑time analytics to hosts.
- Screen and filter comments, removing spam, provocation, or offensive language to maintain a respectful chat environment.
- Block or mute repeat offenders in the chat, applying platform moderation tools according to community guidelines.
- Deliver routine feedback to hosts, offering constructive suggestions on content quality, personal branding, and audience engagement strategies.
- Design and execute branding initiatives—collaborations, off‑stream content, and promotional campaigns—to amplify host visibility and follower growth.
- Guide talent in exploring new, profitable content formats, leveraging trends, challenges, and audience insights to keep the channel fresh and lucrative.
- Compile daily performance reports summarizing key statistics, moderation actions, and recommendations for future streams.
- Coordinate with the production and marketing teams to align live content with broader brand objectives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok feature updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in live streaming moderation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old.

- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming, social media management, or content moderation (fresh graduates may apply if they demonstrate strong relevant skills).
- Proficient with TikTok live‑streaming tools and familiar with common platform features such as gifts, polls, and audience analytics.
- Excellent multitasking ability—simultaneously monitor video feed and live chat without sacrificing quality.
- Creative and innovative mindset; capable of generating entertaining and shareable content ideas.
