We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staff Accounting – Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our finance team in Jombang. Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Execute the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support subsidiary ledger postings for accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, budgeting forecasts, and financial performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Monitor cash flow, perform cash‑position analysis, and support treasury activities as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filing support, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend automation tools, and participate in the implementation of best‑practice accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as procurement, sales, and operations to verify the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems and safeguard sensitive financial data in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and basic understanding of IFRS concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Effective time‑management and multitasking abilities, with a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a collaborative spirit to work well within a team.
- Age between 22 and 40 years; gender inclusive (all genders welcome).
- Willingness to work on-site in Jombang, Monday‑Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
