Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every customer who enters the store, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assess customer needs by asking relevant questions and offering expert advice on frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features, explain technical specifications, and suggest complementary items to increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that displays are stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and electronic payments, and issue receipts and warranties.
- Assist with fitting and adjustments of eyewear, ensuring comfort and optimal vision for each customer.
- Follow up with customers post‑purchase to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns or after‑sales service needs.
- Participate in regular product training, brand workshops, and safety briefings to stay current on the latest optical trends and company policies.
- Collaborate with store managers and fellow crew members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and customer feedback to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field is also acceptable.
- Unmarried status and not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Height of at least 153 cm for women and 160 cm for men.
- Polished appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers of all backgrounds.
- Willingness to attend all mandatory training sessions and to be deployed to any store location across Indonesia.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 19:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale software.
- Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
