This role focuses on managing product listings across major Indonesian marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Responsibilities
- Upload, edit, and optimize product listings on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok, ensuring all data (titles, descriptions, pricing, and specifications) meets platform guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate stock updates, and reconcile discrepancies between marketplace data and internal ERP systems.
- Process incoming orders, monitor order status, and liaise with the fulfillment team to guarantee timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product information, shipping, or returns, providing a seamless shopping experience.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales growth.
- Create eye‑catching banner images, promotional graphics, and lifestyle photos using Photoshop and Canva to support seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align marketplace promotions with overall brand strategy.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and marketplace policy changes, recommending adjustments to stay competitive.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketplace management and train new team members.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak sales periods, flash sales, and special promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 25 years old; all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing product listings on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or TikTok.
- Proficient computer skills with solid command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and Word for documentation.
- Experienced with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva for creating marketing assets.
- Strong teamwork orientation with excellent communication skills.
