Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor system dashboards and alarms during assigned shifts to detect any irregularities.
- Perform routine checks on hardware, software, and network components to ensure optimal performance.
- Log all incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference and audit compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Production, Maintenance, IT) to verify that system changes do not disrupt daily operations.
- Maintain clear and concise shift hand‑over reports so the incoming team is fully informed of the system status.
- Assist in periodic system backups, data integrity checks, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Support administrative duties such as preparing daily operation reports, updating procedural documentation, and managing inventory of spare parts.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols, ensuring that all equipment is used in accordance with company policies.
- Provide courteous assistance to internal users, answering queries and guiding them through basic system functions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders; the role is described with a focus on professionalism rather than gender.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though any exposure to basic administrative or technical tasks is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to present a neat, professional appearance.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions.
- Language: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous for reading technical manuals.
- Skills: Fundamental knowledge of computer operations, data entry, and administrative procedures.
- Additional: Must be comfortable working late hours and, if applicable, able to accommodate family responsibilities such as “Mama Pulang Malam.”
