Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations, including reception duties, mail handling, and visitor management.

- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging travel logistics for staff.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost‑effective procurement.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic bookkeeping tasks in collaboration with the finance department.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, helping them meet project deadlines and performance targets.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar administrative or office‑support role.
