Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, convey special requests to the kitchen, and confirm order details with guests.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and specialty drinks in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, tables, and seating zones throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions securely, issue receipts, and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of the day.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear updates on pending orders, special guest requirements, and any operational concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage or customer‑service role.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for people and service.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage management, including inventory control and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Preferably a resident of Bandung or the surrounding area, with reliable transportation.
