Introduction
The Park Mall Solo is seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Outlet Leader to oversee daily operations at our flagship retail outlet within the bustling Park Mall complex. This pivotal role blends hands‑on store management with strategic team leadership, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while driving sales growth and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will act as the face of the outlet, embodying the brand’s values of professionalism, hospitality, and innovation. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, the Outlet Leader will be responsible for managing a team of up to six associates, coordinating merchandising, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of up to six employees, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently applied, aligning with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, loss‑prevention checks, and timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and guarantee a superior shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, end‑of‑day reconciliations, and compliance with financial policies.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the central operations team on marketing campaigns, new product launches, and promotional events.
- Monitor store cleanliness, safety standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues for senior management review.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 25‑35 years; all genders considered for equivalent positions.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or equivalent; D1 acceptable with relevant experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in retail or related operational management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team, with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Physically and mentally fit; able to stand for long periods and manage a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional appearance—well‑groomed, tidy, and courteous.
- Ideal height and weight proportions for a presentable store ambassador.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- High integrity, honesty, and disciplined work ethic; not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Own an Android smartphone and personal transportation for occasional off‑site duties.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
