Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, performing regular checks and documenting compliance.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, sous‑chefs, and fellow kitchen staff to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to meet the scheduled shift from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, while handling multiple orders under pressure.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, disposing of waste properly and following the restaurant’s cleaning schedule.
- Support the preparation of special dishes for events, promotions, or menu testing, contributing ideas for improvement.
- Communicate any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly to the kitchen supervisor.
- Uphold a professional demeanor, displaying courtesy to colleagues and customers alike.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age range; no upper age limit is imposed.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of practical kitchen experience, preferably in a similar fast‑service or restaurant setting.
- Key Skills: Ability to operate kitchen equipment, basic knife skills, and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Personal Traits: Strong work ethic, good attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure, and willingness to learn.
- Location: Must reside in or near Tangerang Selatan to ensure reliable attendance.
- Availability: Able to work the designated schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
