Introduction
SPX Express is seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub to lead its operations in Belopa, Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan. As the hub leader, you will be the central figure ensuring that every parcel moves smoothly from the moment it is picked up until it reaches the customer’s doorstep. This role is critical to maintaining SPX Express’s reputation for reliability and speed in the highly competitive last‑mile logistics market of Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end delivery schedules to guarantee on‑time pickups and customer deliveries, proactively addressing any delays.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to synchronize inbound and outbound flows.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies that reduce package loss, damage, and misrouting, including regular audits of handling procedures.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, real‑time tracking, and compliance with SPX Express’s SOPs.
- Supervise inbound receiving and outbound dispatch processes, optimizing lane utilization and minimizing dwell time.
- Coach, train, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to generate performance dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and recommend operational enhancements.
- Maintain strong communication channels with regional managers and customer service teams to resolve escalations swiftly.
- Ensure the hub complies with all local regulations, health‑and‑safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead periodic performance reviews, set KPIs for the team, and drive initiatives that improve delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience with both Last Mile and First Mile operations, understanding the full lifecycle of parcel movement.
- Solid grasp of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes, including inventory control and route optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data‑driven decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including staff development, conflict resolution, and performance coaching.
- Willingness to relocate to Belopa, Kabupaten Luwu, and work the standard schedule of Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30.
