Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily distribution activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with drivers and external carriers.
  • Prepare, review, and file all distribution paperwork such as delivery orders, shipping manifests, and customs documentation where applicable.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records in the company’s ERP system, ensuring accurate stock levels for outbound goods.
  • Enter and verify data related to orders, invoices, and customer requests using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Generate regular reports on distribution performance, delivery timelines, and any discrepancies for senior management review.
  • Assist in resolving delivery issues, including delays, damages, or incorrect shipments, by communicating promptly with logistics partners and customers.
  • Support the procurement team by providing accurate consumption data and forecasting future distribution needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to goods handling and transportation.
  • Participate in periodic audits of distribution processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, tracking shipments, and delivering timely updates.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only.
  • Age between 18 and 25 years.
  • Minimum education: SMK/SMA; preferably D3/D4 in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Honest, communicative, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM‑C) and the ability to operate a motorcycle for on‑site errands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain or distribution processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
