Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized one‑on‑one mathematics lessons for senior high school (SMA) students, aligning with the national curriculum and individual learning goals.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, practice worksheets, and mock exams to reinforce core concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with students and their parents, providing progress reports and recommendations for further study.
- Utilize digital tools and online platforms to supplement face‑to‑face tutoring, ensuring continuity of learning outside scheduled sessions.
- Uphold the highest standards of punctuality, preparation, and classroom management, fostering a respectful and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with other tutors and academic coordinators to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our tutoring programs.
- Manage travel logistics efficiently, arriving on time for each session using personal transportation.
Requirements
