Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Anggota Tim Dapur for restaurant operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that food preparation meets our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature monitoring.
  • Support senior chefs by executing prep work, ingredient mise en place, and stock replenishment throughout each shift.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate orders, manage workflow, and meet service deadlines during peak periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, performing regular sanitation tasks and waste disposal.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in receiving deliveries to guarantee uninterrupted kitchen operations.
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, cost‑saving measures, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 25 years or younger.
  • Open to all genders; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are also considered.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor when interacting with staff and guests.
  • Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
  • Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
