Introduction
We are seeking a passionate Guru Kelas Sekolah Dasar (SD) to join our vibrant elementary school community. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.
- Design and implement classroom activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, curiosity, and active participation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, sharing updates on student achievement, behavior, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school counselors, and administrators to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Integrate technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences and support diverse learning styles.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and classroom discipline, adhering to school policies and procedures.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and community outreach programs to continuously improve instructional practices.
- Contribute to the preparation of school reports, lesson plans, and curriculum reviews on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) or early childhood education (PAUD), or a related field.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is the baseline; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor young children, with a focus on holistic development.
- Creative, patient, and highly communicative, capable of adapting teaching methods to meet varied learner needs.
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively with peers and school leadership.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discipline.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to incorporate educational technology.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
